DESCRIPTION: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made from aged cooked grape and from wine vinegar left to mature for a long time within French oak barrels.
HOT TO USE: Delicious on salads, mix of grilled vegetables or cooked, roasted meat, carpaccio and boiled, poured in small drops on risotto, Caprese di bufala, fried vegetables, fresh strawberries and ice cream.
